Plumbing 911 helps prevent sticker shock by giving you an upfront honest estimate for the services you inquire about. With years of experience in this industry, we have seen companies come and go with the way they charge.
Unfortunately, many companies charge exorbitant trip/travel, overtime and services fees of up to $150 just to come to your home without providing any service. They will even give coupons that says “Pay no travel fee with any service,” which is just a way for them to corner you into not shopping around for the services you need.
As a family owned and operated business we do not charge trip or travel fees, as we would never charge you for the opportunity that you give us to rightfully earn your business.
Upon arrival, our technician will review the job at hand and give you different options and costs associated with the services for you to decide. He gives you the final price before he begins any work, so that you can make the best decision for your home. Once you decide what option is best for your home and budget, you simply will approve him to begin the work. If for some reason you are not interested in the options he provides, he will politely go on his way for no charge.
